Ja’Quan McIntosh
Co-Founder
Ja’Quan McIntosh is an analytical leader who takes a methodical approach in helping clients establish systems in place for a seamless onboarding process.
Over the course of ten years, Ja’Quan has worked as an operational specialist in the retail and food industry, supporting teams and companies in performing routine analysis that accomplished high quality shipment. He has acquired proficiency in training new hires and producing cost-efficient results in a timely manner and accuracy.
Ja’Quan was able to leverage his attention to detail, and knowledge of operations to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, he assists Real Estate professionals in forming a structured system that helps minimize their workload. In addition, Ja’Quan’s professionalism reduces his clients stress levels by staying ahead of potential setbacks and delivering a concise line of communication.
Keiyana McIntosh
Co-Founder
Keiyana McIntosh is a collaborative leader who takes a democratic approach to helping clients with turning leads into returning customers. She has the ability to coordinate many projects simultaneously with a keen awareness of their status.
Within the last ten years, Keiyana has worked as a Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant. In these roles, she has supported teams and leadership in achieving sales goals and managing internal operations.
Keiyana’s strong communication and collaborative leadership skills, partnered with her knowledge of customer care has prepared her to transition into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify and resolve operational gaps to improve transaction processes, restructure time management, and execute their growth in business.
